You will not use Ethix to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Ethix. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.
Fees, plans, and refunds
Fees are billed monthly or annually based on the plan you choose. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Ethix documents referral activity and fee arrangements. Ethix does not provide legal advice, hold client funds, or facilitate payments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethix's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
